Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Smart Bulk Image Upload Shopify app (the “App”) and bulkimageupload.com (the “Website”), provided by Craftshift, Letterhout, 1507 EG Zaandam, Netherlands (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Shopify Terms of Service.

The service

The App lets you match images stored in Google Drive or Dropbox to products in your Shopify store and upload them. We may improve, change or discontinue features at any time; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to use the images you upload and the data in your store.
• You are responsible for reviewing the matching preview before starting an upload. Uploads, and especially replace mode, change your store’s product images.
• You must not use the App to upload unlawful content or to interfere with Shopify, Google, Dropbox or our systems.

Plans and billing

Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page and in the App. Paid plans are billed in USD every 30 days through Shopify’s billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can downgrade or cancel at any time by changing plans in the App or uninstalling it; after a downgrade, the paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, fees are not refundable. The free plan includes 25 uploaded images in total.

Third-party services

The App relies on Shopify, Google Drive, Dropbox and other providers. Their availability and rate limits are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Intellectual property

The App, the Website and their content belong to Craftshift. Your images and store data remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. While we work hard to make matching and uploads reliable, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Keep backups of important images, for example by turning on Don’t delete replaced images from Files when using replace mode.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftshift is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country still apply where relevant.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
